I believe I was the first person on this website to say what she is doing and his handlers are doing is definitely elder abuse.
With "common people" as they refer to us, believe me, heads would be rolling with someone calling Adult Protective Services and they would remove him from the house and the people doing the abuse would go to jail.
I said this about 10 months ago on here, and several more times since then.
I've even said I should make a citizens arrest against his wife. Wouldn't that be something?
By the way, you don't have to be old to have elder abuse done to you. My son was only 18 when we filled an elder abuse case against one of his caregivers.

She and anyone else involved in the scheme should be charged and convicted of it. What a selfish bunch of criminals the Bidens are. And that doesn't even begin to consider the ramifications of Joe Biden's dementia on the executive actions carried out in his name while he's occupied the White House.

Hunter's drug addiction and frequent frequenting of prostitutes don't suggest that he can just retire like a normal person. The Biden Crime Family is used to living high on the hog and can't just make do on dozens of millions of dollars. Furthermore, they may be prosecuted if their protectors in the DOJ are no longer employed.

I don't think supports her husband is the right assessment when she is pushing a man who obviously needs constant medical attention and to be resting without the most stressful job on planet Earth to run again for president. Maybe... MAYBE... The first time she encouraged him she was just oblivious to his problems. But I don't think there is any way she can have an excuse to be pushing him to run again. I would never in a million years have done this to anyone in my family. I think she is doing it for selfish reasons and it's despicable.

If you can't see it, there is no point discussing it since you cannot be convinced even when you see it with your own eyes.

I'm not saying it's one time. I'm saying that focusing on this one timto claim he's fully gone isn't conclusive proof. Ordinarily I wouldn't vote for him, but I really don't think a convicted felon should run our country.
I still like you. But I think your vision is blurred. What if that "convicted felon" is convicted as a result of a corrupt justice system? What if his conviction is overturned on appeal which it almost certainly will be since every aspect of this case is corrupt?
If it is overturned then he's no longer a convicted felon, but there are other cases. These are only 34 counts. However if the appeal doesn't happen before the election, I am still not voting for a convicted felon. Same if he's convicted in the GA or federal charges. I will not vote for a convicted felon, but I don't think every level of our justice system is corrupt. Since the immunity decision was not 5-4, I can accept it without bias. Uf it was 5-4 and Clarence Thomas was the tiebreaker to win him that case, I would doubt the result since Thomas's wife is an election denier and insurrection supporter. However, even if Thomas was recused (which he should have been), Trump would have still won the case.
Well, if you want to stick to your technical approach, and not consider the facts, he is not currently a convicted felon. In New York, where this case was held you are not convicted until the Judge enters the conviction prior to sentencing. That will happen however before the election.
I think you make a mistake not to consider the facts and weigh them against your conscience rather than make a decision based solely on what may be a corrupt act. Everything about this case screams corruption and overturn on appeal. And all of the other cases are also falling apart with all kinds of corruption and Supreme Court already overruling them.
If nothing else you should ask yourself why none of these cases were brought until right after President Trump announced he was running.
Later, when all the cases fail, it will be too late to change your vote and your conscience may be paying the price.
For starters because it takes time to gather and prepare evidence.
How long does it take to get the evidence? The New York case was already past the statute of limitations for even trying him. They made up this funky theory that has never been used before to try to get around that immediately after he announced he was running. That is one of the main reasons it will almost certainly be overturned. Never mind that the judge was corrupt and his daughter was making money on the trial and he was a donor to the Democrats which under New York law REQUIRED him to recuse himself and he did not. So this corrupt anti-Trump judge, whose own family was making money by prosecuting President Trump broke the law in order to take this case.
Pretty sure federal law requires a justice to recuse himself if there is a conflict of interest in the case being presented. How'd that work with Clarence Thomas?
You are correct that a federal judge must recuse themselves from a case if there is even an appearance of a conflict of interest.
However this judge is not a federal judge he is a New York state judge.
A Supreme Court Justice does not have to resign from the Supreme Court based on a conflict of interest in any particular case. So I don't know what your point is about Clarence Thomas.
I didn't say resign, I said recuse from. a case. 3 justices were recused from Shelly v. Kramer and still remained on the court.

Democrats despise anyone who disagrees with them or gets in the way of their agenda. But they have a particularly deep and vile hatred of black people who dare to think in a way that doesn't comport with the way they want to force them to think. It fits right in with the Democrats' centuries of history of being the party of black enslavement.
