I hate being right all the time about this far right activist Supreme Court. Just once you'd think they'd do something unpredictable to throw everyone off but instead they pretend they really have something to consider in Donald Trump's immunity claim, hold on to it as long as they are legally allowed, and then toss it back to the lower court it came from to give him the delay he needs to prevent a trial before the election. What a joke.
Weird to think if it weren't for Stormy Daniels there are millions of people who legitimately wouldn't know he is a criminal before the election, thanks to our entire federal government seeming to bend over backwards to give him every delay he can think of.

That was objectively NOT a false disclaimer; it was an NDA which is a very standard part of settlement negotiations. And those billionaires donate to plenty of lefty candidates as well; another very standard practice.
Democracy is about what the people want. If the people want Trump, then that's what they want, and you become the enemy of democracy by trying to deny them what they want.
The NDA was a different thing. She also signed a statement saying she did not have sex with Trump. That's what she admitted she signed falsely.

The validity of the statement that she didn't have sex with Trump is dependent on the validity of the NDA that prompted it. You cannot, by legal definition, be coerced to conform to an agreement you voluntarily entered into; you're simply upholding your end of the agreement.
