Why do we teach kids to be kind and empathetic if in capitalism the most successful people are exploitative and ruthless?

People don't buy shit from people they don't like. Reputation and a satisfied customer is a huge aspect of success in capitalism. Happy customers don't happen by accident. Haven't you notice how all these communist dictators that are pushing woke agendas keep getting Bud Lighted? Board after board after board of ruthless DEI f***** dictators keep getting the ass handed to them by normal people.

Exploitative and ruthless people can actually be likable. And I’m not referring to the relationship with customers, but actually with their employees

The same shit happens on that end. People don't work for people they don't like. If employees aren't happy enough about what they are paid for what they have to put up with, they are unproductive and even to a point counter productive and sabotaging. Unhappy employees do things like toss boxes of new merchandise into the dumpster to rob companies blind. This is why companies interview for the right candidate with the right attitude not just for some cog to exploit.

In contrast socialism randomly assigns cogs to cooperatives to churn out work under threat of punishment. When people are slaves, as the Nazis (Socialist) discovered in WWII, they are only 50% as productive as workers who are paid a reasonable wage. This is why socialists always have supply shortages and are unable to sustain a healthy economy. Slavery doesn't work.

Most successful people are chasuble and collaborative. When I started out in business lots of successful people were there to help me out and we do the same today. Nobody wants to do business with exploitative and ruthless people. Makes no sense

Most people don't want their kids to have it in them to screw anyone and everyone over for profit and personal gain. That is teaching selfishness. The world doesn't work that way. The one percent are lonely fools. Their wives are only with them for their money despising them in silence.
