I spent today some time looking for nice wallpapers on the internet... most of files I found, looking for nature related wallpapers, were AI generated... on some sites it's openly marked but mostly, you have to take a closer look to filter...
so yes... I would like it to be publicly known, what is faked or AI generated...
but I think we live in times that people don't care much as long as what they get matches their expectations... faked or not...

Absolutely. And it is a journalistic ethics standard, for example to show in a documentary which parts are re-enactments or re-spoken from scripts. The main problem is, social media is to serious journalism what a Tijuana wet t-shirt contest is to the Paris Fashion week.
