I honestly oppose violence, but realistically speaking, a country is not a country without some form of military unit. ✈️✈️✈️
Put me down for the Navy. Partly it is family:
My great grandfather served in the Navy in World War I. My grandfather served in the Navy in World War II (Pacific theater). (His daughter, my mother, was born 9 days after Pearl Harbor and he was drafted 6 days after that.) Finally, my uncle served in the Navy in the Korean War and a close friend was an F-14 pilot in the Persian Gulf War of 1990-1991.
Suffice to say, I have a lot of personal connections with the Navy. Beyond that though, as a student of history, including military history, I just find naval warfare - especially during the world wars - to be truly fascinating. (I also love the movies, "Tora! Tora! Tora!" and "Midway." The latter being the 1970s version. Not a big fan of the later version.)
In general, I am a military history buff and I truly admire all who serve. However, push me to the wall and I give the edge to the Navy.

I have similar feelings. I am anti-war to the core but I'm not näive. Sometimes violence is actually the solution. Which is why July 4th, Memorial Day, and Veterans' Day are holidays I take very seriously.
That being said, my favorite branch is the Space Force. Look I'm a huge nerd. As soon as the Space Force was announced I was giddy.
I know its just all the computer technicians monitering satellites from desks in office buildings. But the image of a door gunner on the Space Shuttle mowing down hostile space aliens is endlessly ammusing
Air Force. Air superiority is practically the key to win a conflict. Lack of it is the reason why Russia has stuck in Ukraine.
I used to like the Navy

I would say the Air Force, between the Navy and the Air Force. It’s likely a close call between number of degrees and other qualifications that are readily transferable to civilian life.
Usually pay and general working conditions are far better in the Air Force, helicopters tend to be the outsiders in that. Normally it’s a better class of hotel and socialising when deployed (detachments) as well.
The United States, Air Force, my father and my brother was in it. I think probably the best fit for me would be an army soldier on the front lines. I noticed that the Marine Corps is doing too many technical classes and I’m not a school guy. I don’t like to sit there and do a bunch of technical stuff mentally Study study and take exams in the Marine Corps but I know what to do Mentally I don’t need to do exams and study I’m not in school anymore just put me out on the field and let me go to work
None. The military is a necessary evil and not something I look up to. Honestly, the worship of the military is half the reason for the problems in USA if you ask me. Its simply not healthy to form such emotional connections with military or its equipment.
I was in the army and at one point stationed with people from all the other branches. The navy people seemed the most chill. The marines had the fewest but hottest women. The air force were basically civilians. Back then I preferred the army but now I think I'd rather hang out with air force or space force people, as military bearing annoys me.
Coast Guard: They know they're not going to be sent off thousands of miles away to risk their lives taking part in useless American adventurism - like we are right now in Syria and Iraq
Well I would rather fly our secret ships that can leave Earth's atmosphere on their on power then return like the one I saw on Google Sky.
Mine lmao
But they all have their purpose and perks.This...
The US Air Force. Because you get to fly an a-10 warthog. Which would be better than "flying" JLo.
special forces... they solve a lot of problems in a very invisible manner :D
almost joined the Navy... Airborne division, though...
Coast Guard. Because they are not made to fuck up places that aren't theirs.
I was in Air Force ROTC in college. I planned on being a pilot. I will go with that.
The seals, they can sneak into your house and kill you in your sleep like on some splinter cell shit
I was in the U. S. Navy and I flew an F-18C until I had an accident. The Navy is an incredible and powerful branch of the U. S. military.
I was going to join the Air Force but they stopped the draft for Vietnam and wasn’t taking anyone.
I like and would like to thank all of them for their service.
I personally like the army.
Army my wife was in the army
