No they are not right always. However having said that companies these days get away with all sorts and the work ethic and standards have declined with the snowflake culture we have these days. Like my local supermarket, poor quality of products and products begin out of stock is the norm. But the customer is not always right

Customers aren't always right. But companies are here to satisfy their customers. By how well they service their clients the more longer they stay in market. If I have customers, I will always listen to their complaints to see what can be improved and make sure they comeback to me, getting positive reviews to attract more clients.

Feedback and complain exist for when the company/store messes up.I recently saw a video of a customer throwing his drink at a barista. There is nothing right about that
