There is currently a case in Australia on what is a woman? It has been heard but the unfortunate judge responsible has decided it will take about a year to work out what a women is.
If it is a woke decision, it is bound to be appealed as constitutionally invalid under Federal treaty powers.
There is a UN treaty against sex discrimination which defines women as women. So It is questionable that our federal gov't had the power to legislate what a woman is
The case name is Tickle Vs Giggle by the way.
Is be surprised if the definitions of the sexes had never come up in courts before.
that is because when a boy wanted to play on the girls team he got punched in the face

Title ix just says universities that receive public funding can not discriminate based on gender.
for example. As far as admissions, men and boys are falling behind, and so for about the past two decades young men have been given preferential treatment in college admissions to keep the number relatively equal.
another example is women’s sports. They can’t fund only men’s sports teams, and so for decades women’s sports teams have been boosted and propped up by funding from (usually) men’s basketball or men’s football.
so it helps both men and women.
The biggest reason for title nine was guaranteeing female students equal access to athletics, Title nine resulted in a significant increase in the percentage of young women participating in sports. If a man can now be a woman then how can title nine now protect "women"?
Title ix has also been used for decades to help more young men get admitted into college. If universities went purely by academics in high school far less men would be able to earn a degree
You’re getting caught up in semantics and having an emotional reaction to a non issue. What example of a man or woman switching genders are you referring to?
Is this really a problem or is there only one or two examples of whatever the harm that you’re referring to is all about
You are assuming a lot much like many on GAG. I am a content creator nothing more. I don't get emotional about anything. LOL Thanks for the comments.
@msc545 yes they do

Colleges that have more equal balance of men and women receive more applications…. So colleges have to end up giving a higher acceptance rate for men than women to achieve this balance. You could argue that does not count as preferential but if you are accepting male applicants with lower scores and grades than female I don’t know what else you would call it.
I’m also not arguing this is a bad thing. It’s what we need to do in my opinion. It’s the right decision
Yh I had to wait until the following Yr to apply to uni cause too many girls applied for what I wanted to study. They accept buys with lower GPA than girls to balance it out so a guy get I'm with a 2.5. I had a 3.7 and they only took 4.0s from girls. And there were a lot of promising females that applied so I waited until the following year and applies super early to get in the basket.
Playing with words and definitions, and twisting them...
cannot replace common sense.
Therefore: would I like to see (but don't) the individual human in the centre focus of ''justice''.
And as a conclusion... I don't give a shit about ''laws'' :D
(which does not mean that I don't consider the minions of ''society'' who could here or there slow me down or hinder my progress)
Abortion is an act, it doesn’t necessarily need gender definitions does it? As for Title IX I thought it was intended to be gender less that was my issue with it in the first place, that it was unequally applied.
Funny thing is that there's nothing stopping a transwoman from getting an abortion lol
Because it is lunacy.
The entire thing is just madness.
A woman is a person with two X chromosomes in her DNA. Any argument to the contrary is specious and political in nature.
by sugarcoating to the public that abortion is "healthcare"
No idea what you're talking about!
Abortion is murder.
