What should I wear to the USA?

It depends on where you are heading, if you are in the southern states, it would be relatively warm so shorts, t-shirts, dresses, and possibly a light jacket may be necessary- depending on where you are coming from.

March in the northern states could be quite cool as it's towards the end of the winter period, so you may need to bring some warm clothing as there could very well be some late winter snowstorms and cold rain.

It rather depends on where you're going. It's an extremely large country; you wouldn't expect Alaska and Florida to have the same weather, would you?

It depends on which part you are going to. March is still kind of cool in the south and cold in the northern part. Deep south where I am at I wear shorts in March.
