How to ask someone for a piggyback so they will say yes?

I love getting and giving piggyback rides. I'd love to ask people I know and strangers randomly for piggyback rides. What would be the best way to do that?

I'd love a piggyback ride from a guy, but i always turn them down when they ask to give me one because I'm a bit insecure about my weight. Like I dont look heavy but there's a difference in look and feel. Ever seen a super cute baby. They look so light and tiny. Then when you pick them up, you're like "Crap what has your mother been feeding you?" Lol
