Yes and no. Me personally, I like to follow pop culture and celebs, mostly music artists. It’s obvious by my questions. I just love music and I love the art that celebrities put into it. It’s not just the music but it’s the outfits, the videos, the persona, etc. I just find it entertaining to follow. I get excited to see my favorite celebs new eras and work.
but I know these are just normal people and the personas they put on to the public aren’t necessarily the people they actually are. I also don’t blindly follow celebrities and defend their every move like a lot of their fandoms. if my fave artist does or says something fucked up, I’d call them out on it. Instead of making excuses and acting like they’re perfect and can do no wrong.
I'm not sure if it's bad or not, but I think it's ridiculous how people worship them like they are special, they are same as we are. When I was younger I did worship them, my little sister worships them which I think is normal. That's why I believe celebrities should keep the younger people in mind with how they dress and what their priorities are because children who worship them want to emulate their behavior. They need to realize that they have a huge responsibility in how they act and what they say. My sister is 13, so she's at that age where she thinks they are gods! I'm no celebrity, but I'm always trying to set a good example for not only my sister but also my little brother and their friends as well.
Yeah i know it is stupid. It is even more stupid people get in influenced by them which is mainly women of course. Celebrities take advantage of this of course. What people also do not realize is that most celebrities are just trying to make money and lead fake lives put on for the benefit of their fans. Like creating dramas and supporting campaigns to boost their coverage and profile.
Parasocial relationships are usually harmless and not really anything to worry about. Let people have their special interests as long as they’re not stalking them or believe they’re dating when they’ve never met
It's bad because often you don't know what they are really like as a person. They put up a certain mask or side of them when in public but that may be totally different from what they are like behind closed doors.
I think it's extremely unhealthy and definitely a net negative, but it's also indicative of a lack of positive, influential role models in one's personal lives.

I have never been able to figure that out. I never felt like that about any celebrity.
Some people are way out there huh?
It is OK to admire some of them. Denzel, Keanu, Morgan, Matthew and others who are intelligent and behave themselves.
I get silly teen girls worshipping pop stars, I don't get adults who worship politicians.
Both let demons invade their subconscious through the loominati trannies.
no one of the people I know worships celebrities...
kinda but i just don't care lol
it doesn't hurt me and i got better things to worry about
Worship yes its outta hand! Enjoy their entertainment is more than enough. Looking at you Kim Kardashian
I don’t find it bad at all it’s their favourite musicians/ stuff like that
Yes. Very weird. Hey I crush on some. But to freal out a d over doit, wow just wow. Why do people act like that? It's so weird.
I like people who worship celebrities and athletes and so on better than religions ☯️
Sorry I don't worship people, i worship only the one true God
Yeah, it's a legacy of our polytheistic heritage. Instead of worshipping gods, we worship other human beings.
Yeah or political figures
Yes, they need to get a life
It's a sign of low iq and or mental illness
