Probably not something most think about but i find fascinating where people choose to stand when in an elevator alone.

Near the buttons, because for SOME unknown reason people who call the elevator try to walk in as SOON as the doors open, as if they have no concept that someone might be on the elevator already! So I stand near the buttons, away from the door, and if someone gets on I ask the “what floor”? Then I GTFO when I reach my floor, or the NEXT floor, if they smile and say “hello beautiful”! 🙄 I’d rather wait in an empty hallway for two minutes than stand on an elevator w/ a guy who thinks I want to fck him because I said “what floor”! 🙄🙄
I mean. Yes. What else is there to do but stand? I try to mind my own business and not bother the other elevator riders.
Stand in a corner. Face to the wall. An old habit from my primary school times :D
That's made up, though.
In reality I am at the wall opposite of the door.
I can't stand for long (I have some issues with my back I need to get checked out.) so I lean on the walls.
Corner by the buttons to make space for others to enter (or to press a button quickly if a creepy person enters).
It depends. If I'm coming home or going out I usually stay in the center. But if I'm using an elevator at the mall, I lean on any of the walls.
prolly against the walls at the back so i’m not taking up space if more people get on? but i’ve nvr really thought about it lol 🤔🤔😅
I've only been in an evalavator a few times in my life. I don't remember being alone.
The back not in case others come in. That's just where I go 🤷
Back left corner always. In most cases this is also where the door is in front of me.
I think centre or centre or holding onto a side handrail on the side, holding for dear life with my strongest grip lol ❣️😆
Turned around facing the others. Making copius eye contact. Freaks people out!!
At the back or near the buttons. If it's likely to get crowded or if there are already a few people I do my best to stand near the door.
Back right corner usually
That's where I stand leaning against the back wall
Great minds think alike
So if I get in an elevator that you're already in, I'm standing right next to you. I hope I don't invade your personal space
You can invade me all you want.
Find a way to shut that elevator down for a few minutes
I can do that. It would be more than a few minutes though
Near the buttons
I lean up against the back wall
Right were it would make anyone else uncomfortable
By the buttons
