If animals had human-like intelligence and could talk, do you think animals around the world would mimic human culture and language or have their own?

If animals could talk to humans and each other, like in cartoons, do you think they would have all mimic human culture based on each country around the world? (Korean birds would speak Korean and like ramen, pigeons would act like New Yorkers, pandas would be like Chinese people, kangaroos would have Australian accents, etc.)

Or would every species, around the world, have their own culture, or even language, separate from humans? (All dogs speak Canine and have their dog culture regardless of country, all cats speak Feline and act the same around the world, all birds speak Chirp-tweet and act the same in the US as Russia, etc.)

To me, humans are animals and convergent evolution is a thing, so *I* believe animals would mimic human culture and language (American mice, British mice, Russian mice, etc). But a friend thinks animals would have their own culture and language due to the common traits they all do worldwide (such as cats licking their fur, slashing up furniture, freaking out at socks, and generally acting like jerks).

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

If animals were as smart as humans, they'd all mimic the human culture and language of the country they reside in.
If animals were as smart as humans, they'd have their own culture and language separate from humans, no matter which part of the world they were in.
I have never thought about this before and don't care.
