What's your strategy for dealing with Thanksgiving leftovers?

I should say though, we do not share left overs, but we do share from the main serves

I make waffles out of dressing and top with turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce. I usually make a turkey gumbo with the carcass and remaining meat.

We will send leftovers home with our guests and then we will eat leftovers for a couple of days and then we will be creative remaking the left overs into something else.
