Ok, if you are the type that does better with complete avoidance, then don't buy the sweets or ask friends/family not to give them to you. If you have some degree of discipline, then tell yourself you can have a little...moderation never hurt anyone. You can also look for alternative methods of satisfying your sweet tooth (fruits are amazing)!

its the hoildays... eat some but only small amounts that way your not lefted out when everyone else is eating it... and that way your sweet tooth is happy too... :)

Make sure to work out. Don't stop going to the gym (or if you don't, start going!)
Give in a little so you don't feel totally deprived and pig out.
