In general, there is no one cure that works for all, for me though, I’ve been in similar situation and this method worked for me:
- Drink fluids like water with dehydration tablets, tea, and clear broths. - Take one 500 mg paracetamol and one 500 mg Ibuprofen together – three times a day. - Gargle twice a day, especially before bedtime, with salt water. It helps relieve a sore throat. - Take Manuka honey, preferably 600+, with tea or toasted bread. Alternatively buy manuka honey tablets and take as prescribed. - Take plenty of rest, shower every night before bedtime for refreshing clothes, and moistures vicks/tiger balm, over chest, throat, upper back, and your feet. Put on some socks. - If you have phlegm/mucus, spit it out every possible minute, and take a cough medicine specific to that.
And on the travel day – take the tablets in the morning and 6 hours later take two shots tequila😉

Vitamin C helps boost your immune system, Echinacea drops really help fight it off as well and it's natural. Also I find a warm lemon and honey helps if you have a sore throat. Smelling olbas oil on a tissue can help unblock your nose for a bit. Get well soon, I hope you have a lovely time in Greece!
If you treat a cold it takes 2 weeks to go away, otherwise it takes about 14 days. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, get up and go for walks, and lots of sleep. Do not overload your system on vitamins, crap like that. All of the excess that your body can't process is left up to your liver and kidneys to deal with and they already have enough to deal with.
Heat. Cold germs can only live in a certain temperature so, if you've got one of those hot air hair guns, shoot the hot air up your snoot and that should kill them. Another way is to breath in the heat from a pot of boiling water.
Whisky. I have a couple shots of whisky every week. I haven't even had a sniffle in 15 years since I started doing this. Crazy grandpa was right about this

Nothing works. Your immune system will deal with it in a couple of days on its own. Just eat and drink decent food and let nature take its course.

Lemon bomb! It's a mixture of water, honey, garlic, ginger, you can also add turmeric which works wonders as well
Sleep/rest for the next 2-3 days. Lots of fluids… helps with speedy recovery. Feel better soon and enjoy your trip…
Honey and cinnamon. Either eat it or pour it into a tea or a hot chocolate, rest enough and stay hydrated.
Try to sleep it off. Lots of rest and sleep will help speed it up
First u have to mentally recover by stop worrying about it

Eat soup/ Chicken broth/ Drink orange juice also Honey and Lemon in hot tea. Bologna, I know what cures a Cold. Lol Hugs

I don't get colds, because I drink so much tea. But according to Raja yoga, drinking water through your nose will fix you up.
OJ and Rest makes go. I haven’t had a cold/flue in 3 years since having COVID.
