I've gone from extremes of several tiles a day to once every few days to none for months. All depends on whether I'm trying to lose weight or not. Weighing can be very motivational. Tho realistically it's just a number and in terms of people trying to look better, lose weight or bulk up... go by how you look, feel and fit in your clothes over the number on the scale! Cos it can be influenced by so many things hour by hour let alone day by day!

When I was actively losing weight every day. I would weigh myself when I woke up and before I went to bed. I liked that it helped normalize my body weight fluctuating depending on the time of the day, month or how different foods impacted me. Do I think that is something you should do forever? No. But it’s a great tool
I weigh myself everyday, unless I ate a lot that day. I know the number won't be accurate and it'll freak me out.
Every few days, I just try to keep an eye on how much I’m eating and making sure I don’t eat too much or too little.
Every week usually. I was doing it daily but it'll drive you crazy. Up and down everyday. So now I weigh on Monday.
