Also exercising daily even for 30 minutes has improved my mood overall.
![What is a small change that you have incorporated into your routine that has made a positive impact on you?](https://cf.girlsaskguys.com/q5249817/0b7b3f80-955f-46a7-afbe-6f5efcfe5f88.jpg)
I think people fail because they get full head of steam and try to transform thier life in one fell swoop. I feel i found success when I decided to make one small change a week. Think about it, that's 52 changes a yr. You can transform your life in a year. And it's less of a shock to your system. Plus you get to see what works and what doesn't. You'll have good days and bad days. But hopefully the positive change you'll be seeing overtime will sustain you through the bad days.
That is actually really good advice. Thanks for this.
No problem. We as humans want everything right now. We have to remember life is a marathon.👍
Definitely drinking more water. But also going for walks everyday. It helps with my mood.

I'm prone to facial bloating & joint inflammation if I'm not careful with certain mineral balances like staying within optimal sodium range per day. So recently, I've been really making a conscious effort to stay under 2,000mg of sodium per day (ideally around 1200-1500mg if I'm drinking the usual 2,500-3,000grams of water) & above 3,000mg potassium. It allows my body to be able to not hold on to extra unnecessary salt or water as much since I'm apparently more prone to hyperglycemia than the average person due to my parents not knowing a damn thing about nutrition when I was a kid.
LOL same here , I been drinking more water , Ice water to be exact and cutting out soft drinks as much as possible , I also been working out again and it’s been helping me feel more positive and confident with myself , I also feel more energy and stamina again , The only reason I stopped prior is because I been dealing with a lot of stress and problems in my personal life that I threw in the towel and pretty much let myself go because I was so stressed and depressed , not realizing I was only hurting myself by not giving a fuck about anything , once I pushed myself to get motivated again , I felt a weight lifted off of my chest , it’s still there but not like it was because I am feeling so much better now that I am drinking a lot of water and exercising again , and shocking my results started happening faster than I thought , thinking I wish it was like this every time I have worked out lol. So keep it up as best as you can.
A few things for me, I have a 6am run for about 5km, I have a large water bottle for work, it’s dilute juice stuff and low sugar. I have also stopped playing rugby as it was causing a few knocks lol. I now have three evenings of archery, relaxing and chilled out sessions.
Daily exercise is def great.
For me it’s remembering to show myself a little grace. I tend to be my own harshest critic, and a few months ago I wondered why I tend to show grace to others but not myself…. I’m still workshopping that one, but it’s already made an impact on my life, which is great.
Drinking water, protein shakes, or fruit snacks help with my energy and when I don’t have enough time for real meals cuz my job keeps me super busy and working on managing my healthy lifestyle.
I never used to drink coffee. A couple years ago, I started drinking a cup with breakfast, just one cup a day. It has helped me get going in the morning, and staying productive the whole day.
I agree with drinking more water 💓 Also and waking up early. Avoiding negative people.
