lol… no.
what pregnancy weight? It’s a lie.
once we gave birth…. we lose the fast…we get so tired from caring from the new born who eats every 2 hrs. We prepare their food, we lose the weight within 2 yrs…then go again to have another kid.the only issue with weigh for me is my aging body (like last 2 yrs…I started to gain weight) since I am not It exercising.
my adult life I never had issues with weight gain even when I ate a lot. Now I eat nothing I still gain weight…sigh.

losing weight is one thing... waiting for the skin on the stomach to return to the state from before the pregnancy is a killing experience :D
Not at all. People will use their pregnancy from 10 years ago as an excuse because they have different responsibilities that make them have to go the extra mile to get on track. (It is possible) but not as impossible as maintaining abs forever. If you are truly a fitness guru , you know what it takes to keep body fat % down and muscle mass up, and it is one of the hardest things to do especially to they percentile where you can actually establish abs.
Pregnancy weight is hormonal and it can take up to 7 years after birth for a woman's hormones to settle so it can be extremely hard to lose that weight. Getting abs isn't as challenging but maybe for men in their 30s since that's also kind of a hormonal thing like they don't have as much T as when they were younger
Losing weight is hard. And getting abs is hard too. I think it downed a on the start weight and where once hopes to end.
getting abs is way harder. it may not seem hard but that's only because those who want abs are dedicated in trying to obtain them
