Like, in the surgical procedure can they take the eggs and ovaries and still use them for someone else who might need them?

Quick Google search gave me this
Yes, you can be an Egg Donor after a tubal ligation. As long as your ovaries remain intact, so do the eggs inside them. Tubal ligation only effects your Fallopian tubes, and since the eggs will be retrieved directly from your ovaries, you would still be eligible.
So, in the future if I decide to have permanent surgery so I can't have babies, then my ovaries and their eggs can still be used by somebody else?
That's what it sounds like
Never heard of anybody donating their ovaries. But of course I'm a man and I don't know. But I do know that a lot of people have donated eggs to those that cannot.
Yeah, I've heard about the egg donation but no clue how that works. Like, I'd rather just get ovaries taken out with the eggs so they can be used. Much better than letting them go to waste since I'm never suppose to be/get pregnant. But if it helps somebody else, that works for me.
