Take vitamin B1 with two pieces of fatty cheese every morning at least an hour or two before or after coffee if you choose to have any coffee or tea at all.
Eat Shiitake mushrooms every day with at least one meal and if you can afford it, mix it with Reishi and Lions mane and Turkey's Tail mushrooms too. You have to combine it with your meal, don't have the mushrooms by themselves
Reduce your fat and sugar but do not totally eliminate fat, you need a little bit of it to stay alive, you also need a little bit of cholesterol cause if it is too low, you get cancer but too much of that is bad for you and is bad for your blood pressure.
Avoid processed food, and reheated salmon counts as processed food, as well as oatmeal since oatmeal is processed with chemical ingredients. Rice is a safe food, and does not count as processed food. Just because a food is high calorie, does not mean you absorb all the calories in the food when you eat it. So you might absorb only 20% of all the rice calories you eat.
Avoid eating fat and sugar in the same meal so if you have a burger, use cheese and tomatoes to flavour it instead of ketchup and mustard.
Do not eat after 7 pm and if you handle it, try lowering the bar to 6 pm or 5 pm. The longer you wait between meals, the more fat you burn, cause your body needs time between meals before it begins to burn fat instead of sugar.

I think it's not a good way to look at it. Lose weight "fast" is not necessarily health. Consider losing weight at a slow steady pace. As for how, the easiest way is good old fashioned eating less. Not less calories or less carbs. Just less food. What ever foods you're eating now,, keep eating them, just eat less of them. Unless of course you eat a lot of unhealthy food. In which case it's a good idea to replace them with healthier foods. At first it won't seem like it's working. When you eat less your bodies instinctively tries to get more at of what you are eating by storing more of it in your fat cells. Don't be shocked if you actually gain a few pounds at first. But if you stick to this you will start to see positive results after a few weeks. The hardest part about this is dealing with food cravings. Eating smaller food portions might leave you with urges to eat more snacks. You just have to stay strong there. Make sure your willpower is stronger than your cravings.
Another helpful thing to do is take cold showers everyday. Subjecting your entire body to straight cold water will trigger your body to respond by producing more heat. Your bodies thermogenesis is a direct response of burning calories.
Finally, drink nothing but water. If you drink soda, stop it. If you drink sugary juices, stop it. Your body needs water. It doesn't need all that extra stuff that's in most flavored beverages. It's just more material to be stored in fat cells. Oh and definitely don't drink diet soda. Artificial sweeteners are worse than sugar because your body cannot burn it. When Artificial sweeteners get put in fat cells, it just stays there. It does gradually get filtered out, but it's a slow process.
Don't drink alcohol, but start doing meth and smoking crack. Don't worry about eating... you probably won't very often.

In my experience after losing 50 pounds is that you can’t really target just one area specially to lose fat but you can target where you want to gain muscle. My stomach has been the last to go. When I started losing weight it came from everywhere but I primarily I lost weight in my butt, chest and back. Then my arms and thighs, now it is starting to come primarily from my stomach. You just have to give it time and keep at it depending on what your goals are. You will lose weight solely on a caloric deficit, it doesn’t have to be a specific diet (keto, paleo, intermittent fasting etc can work but you can also just eat whatever want so long as you’re in that deficit and it does not matter). If your maintenance is 2000, eat 1500. But that number is different for everyone depending on your age/sex/height/weight etc. My maintenance is around 1500 because I am short so I cut from there. (I used to obsess over the numbers, but now I kind of know what I can and can’t eat lol) If you exercise you can up it a little bit. I rotate between cardio and strength training (three day split) which has also helped tremendously in losing weight and toning.

You can not spot reduce fat.. but what you can do is lose weight in general by calculating how many calories you should eat to lose weight and also work out to keep your body toned.. I'm naturally really skinny and wanted to gain weight.. but everytime when I just ate more I gained belly fat and nothing else, by working out I lost belly fat and got a big booty and bigger legs. So I feel like cardio would be the best option for you and eating in a caloric deficit. But it's import to fuel your body with the right things.. so make sure to not overdo it.
liposuction is the only way for targeted fat loss. other than that, you can only lose fat "in general". you'll lose belly fat doing it but also all sorts of other fat in other places.
It doesn't work that way, choosing which area of the body. You can lose fat in general, and by that see if some belly fat will be reduced. It depends on your body shape (pear, hourglass, oval etc) and depends on your genes.
