Probably not possible without steroids. My brother is a VERY active and ambitious bodybuilder, but he is committed to being natural (without any steroid use). There is a certain point that is extremely difficult to get past without steroid use or the right genetics (some people are bigger than others, obviously).
Most people you see with Batman level muscles or above are using steroids to get that ripped. As in 95% or more. Steroid use is way more common than I realized at first. For example, if you go to just about any gym with over 20 people in it, it is practically guaranteed at least one of the people there lifting is using steroids.
I have also been an extremely focused athlete and body builder, and I have good genetics. But I have never gotten results like these photos above. At my best, I was close to the first photo, but still not with that extra bulk on the arms and chest. It would have been easy to get there with a small amount of steroid use, of course.
Also, the "Bruce Wayne" workout program looks like total BS put together by someone who knows next to nothing about actual fitness. It ranges from child's play (a 1/4 mile run? Why bother!) to next to impossible. Take a 20 mile run, averaging 4:20/mile = 86 minutes and 40 seconds. The best of the best half marathon runners are happy to finish a half marathon (13.1 miles) in that amount of time, and none of them are buff dudes weighing 100kg deadlifting 300kg. You don't want to run carrying that kind of weight around. I call BS.
Unless you're actually batman, you're going to be dead pretty much on day 1. That's way too much volume.

Doesn't look very difficult. Especially considering he doesn't have a day job.
I would eat that up if I was 20 years younger.
Yeah right, I'd love to see the posted records where Navy Seals are doing 20 mile runs in under and hour and a half.
@zeitgeist057 An hour and a half for 20 miles is ridiculous.
I agree, but that's part of this "Batman" workout made up by someone without a clue about fitness. One day they've included a 1/4 mile run, another day they have a 20 mile run with a target average of 4 min 20 second/ mile. If I can run 20 miles in under 90 minutes, I might as well just sprint the 1/4 mile in 45 seconds. lol
Cool beans
Looks good
That's Navy training
