It's harder in the winter if you can't go outside where you live.
I try to watch my weight so here's what I do when I really have a taste for something.
I'll take a small bowl (or mug in your case) & fill it only 1/4 to 1/2 full. I eat only 1 at a time.
Chewing that many that long makes it seem like I ate more / longer & gives me the taste that I was craving.

I just took a shower and haven't eaten anything yet, but when I looked at my nasty cellulite in the mirror I was pretty pissed. So you could try that lol. I'm going to go back to eating smaller portions now. When I get over this stupid cold I'm hitting the gym like 4x a week from now on...
