What Girls Said
You must, must start lifting weights, especially exercises like squats and deadlifts. They've totally changed the shape of my body! The other thing I did that made a huge difference is that I cut out all processed sugars and limited my overall carb intake. I was 115 lbs two years ago, but I still looked soft and puffy because I ate so many sugars. Now I eat tons more protein and my body is sooo much leaner and tighter because of it.
Clean-eating. No chemicals. Limited sugars. Switch your carbs to wheat or gluten free. Hit the gym (or exercise at home) 30 mins at least four days a week. You'll have to adjust as you continue to drop weight and your body adjusts to being active, but it's worth it.
I've lost 40 pounds since January :)
Been doing the same thing and I love the results. It took a while for me to see the results, but people around me noticed and I'm starting to notice too
@MiscellaneousGirl yeah they don't always appear immediately. i dropped a ton of weight initially (but i was near 300 pounds) and now it's started to slow down
@Opinion Owner Mine started slowing down before too. I think it's called a weight plateau. I just decreased my amount of calories to like 1,200-1,400 and continued exercising. I was stuck at 133, now I'm at 130. Sometimes it take a while for it to come off and when I would jump on the scale it would say I gained weight. I fixed this problem by only getting on the scale like once a week or once every 2 weeks. That's what I needed to do because I became so obsessive over a number.
Welp I'm special so I wouldn't do it my way but:
Work out twice daily
Eat clean and regularly (I wouldn't suggest my diet unless you need it)
Change workout routines regularly
Drink a ton of water
Food prep
Be dedicated
I ate less and trained harder. Strength training and cardio.
running, gym and crossfit. And a balanced nutrition
Water, only foods you can find in nature, exercise (cardio+strength training). That's about it.
I drink lots of water! Sometimes I eat some fast-food. I notice I gained weight but some people say I lost a lot of weight. So to the bottom line of this story. Drink lots of water haha
I never eat more than 1500 kcal per days
Running. Yoga and light weights
I personaly binge purge and starve
