is there anyone lost more than 10kg with working out?
I've lost a lot of weight and toned up through working out. However, I paired working out with changes in my diet. Meaning smaller portions, less eating out, subbing in greens for a lot of the carbs that were previously in my meals, etc..

yeah, I did but not just by working out, diet is a huge factor.

I lost 5-10 LBS by doing nothing. Well eating a little less and working a bit more.
