I've lost a lot of weight and toned up through working out. However, I paired working out with changes in my diet. Meaning smaller portions, less eating out, subbing in greens for a lot of the carbs that were previously in my meals, etc..

did your breasts become saggy after you lost weight?
because mine are did and I dont know ıf I can lift them up with work out and avoid them to get even more saggy after I lose more weight

Nope. If anything, they got perkier. That's probably due to the fact that my fat loss wasn't 'huge' (20 lbs at most) and I did it while working out regularly. Meaning that as I lost fat, I was also gaining muscle.

yeah, I did but not just by working out, diet is a huge factor.

I lost 5-10 LBS by doing nothing. Well eating a little less and working a bit more.

nope, quite the opposite actually. i mean they're not super perky but they ain't saggy either. working out tones ur fat, and boobs are also fat, so when u put on muscle in the chest area, the boobs appear a little perkier.

I didn't lose the weight. I just used common sense to say that people have... and probably not
