I like to think that I'm pretty healthy...
I make sure to get my servings of greens on a daily basis. Try to eat healthy for the most-part aside from that, like not too many carbs, minimal amounts of processed foods and sugars, etc..
In addition to going hard at the gym at least every other day, occasionally pushing myself while out on a bike ride with my boyfriend.

No because I don't have the means to get my hands on the most healthiest foods in existence.
Other than that I don't have any other issues and doctors always say my blood level is always perfect. Along with everything else.
I am not.. I at my best 6 months ago.. Healthy diet and exercise I loved the how much free my body felt back then the flips the somersault once I get back in routine I will begin with exercise and hit the gym for the first time combine it with some steroids and go ripped this time..
Yeah I'm healthy I lift 5 days a week and haven't taken antibiotics in 20-21 years and practical martial arts twice a week as well as cardio and other stuff, good diet. For right now I'm as healthy as I can be but I'll improve and get healthier as I continue on.

I am 61 years old, I take no prescription medications, I have no chronic illnesses, and I have never been hospitalized or had any surgery. I am still very active. Yes, I am healthy.
Yes, I workout 5-6 days a week and eat a really clean diet. I've achieved my goal of getting abs and I'm now i'm thinking of going vegetarian. I also take the time to take care of myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
unsure i think i may have done some irreversible damage to my body back in my drinking days i feel fine but i think it may come back to haunt me later on but no sense in worry about that now right haha!
Well it's all relative. I'm fit, and I have no pain, don't take any medicine or pills, no allergies, my body is getting stronger by the day. I feel some 6000 times better than I did when I was 18.
I hardly get ill, but I hate healthy lifestyle. Like eating only veggies and fruit, work-out 6 times per week and avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs.
Well personally I don't smoke or do drugs, but I drink often. Still I hardly get ill except having hangovers once in a while.Ummmm I'm so healthy my body got tired of just fighting boring germs and has moved up to pollen and food. Yeah... that's totally what's happening...
