I'm not into ANY sports.. Not even bodybuilding or strong man.
I don't concider myself a fitness expert but know enough to get me where I want to be.
I lift 4 times a week and do cardiovasular based exercises once a week for an hour, I train every muscle group once for at least 20 minuets

I like learning about how the muscles themselves actually work and grow. I work out often. Don't play sports, but enjoy lifiting weights.
