The pancakes were prepared in a bowl mixed with the following:
- Half a cup of milk (reduced fat milk)

MHO will be given to whoever gets to the closest answer!!
Depends how much syrup and oil or butter you used.
The pancakes alone about 850 calories.
With one tablespoon syrup per pancake another 200 calories.
One tablespoon butter or oil to cook with so they don't stick, and one tablespoon on top people commonly add - another 200 calories.
About 1250 empty calories with maybe ten grams of protein.
unless your carob loading for a marathon of have a disease that requires you eat a lot of extra calories. Not a good breakfast idea:)
right. i was thinking of egg white the albumin which is pure protein band its which is about 3 grams. but the yolk also has three grams amongst other stuff.
wel if you ate it for breakfast and its something your used to eating then its probably ok for you.
and of it was half its no big deal. 600 calories is a respectable amount for breakfast for a non dieting person... and you're right the eggs compliant the flour.
wasn't trying to insult your breakfast:)
