Why does ex hookup still finds ways to send me a text after I have blocked him?

Basically I blocked him because I found out he a had a girlfriend then he found me on Snapchat and messaged me then messaged me on instagram off a different page. He says he missed me he doesn’t want to lose me as a friend and I’m wondering why?

Maybe because you're everywhere on those applications? It doesn't take much for a person to get onto a computer and search a tagline or username and find someone they can connect with or offer a connection to. You can just ignore him.
