My boyfriend is almost 30 year old. He constantly changes his job. Tells me "It's difficult to get a job". He can learn another profession. But he doesn't. Is he lazy? Whereas I immediately found a job

I’m not sure if he’s lazy. Maybe unstable as far as jobs. Everyone’s definition is different. I sleep 4-6 hours a day, then spend about 18 hours up a day working, doing things. My cousin sleeps 8-12 hours a day. To me he’s lazy.
