Why would a man who have feelings for you& who you're friends with tell you, to keep whoever you talk or have conversations with to yourself?

Maybe the things you talk about makes him feel jealous and insecure? and you don’t realize the things that you are saying , are making him feel that way? Most guys’ are territorial over a girl he really likes , he pretty much wants her all to himself , and some guys’ tend to get jealous if she talks about other guys’ to him , because he assumes these other guys’ want more than just friendship with you , is my guess. He doesn’t want to hear you speak highly about other guys’ Most guys’ want a girl that only has eyes for him and if he does t feel that way with a girl he will slowly start to lose interest in her. Sadly this sort of thing happens a lot. Why there is so much talk about opposite sex friendships when people are in relationships, it’s either accepted of not accepted. So it sounds like he isn’t acceptive of you having guy friends , he doesn’t want to imagine you liking someone else other than him

Umm I never said I had male friends. I cut them all off And second I don't have eyes for anyone else but him. My feelings for him are beyond that. And I also never said I spoke highly of anyone. The only thing I did was tell him who was trying to talk to me and that's it.

He may only want to talk about himself, or doesn't care what you do when you are not with him and may not want you to know who he talks to when he is not with you.
