That's hard to say. I voted for root vegetables because I have potatoes pretty regularly; onions and carrots quite often; sweet potatoes, rutabaga; and lots of garlic. Occasional radishes, especially daikon. Horseradish.
I eat quite a few leafy veggies - asparagus, peas, corn, and broccoli. I put quite a few leafy things like cabbage, spinach, kale, beet greens, chard, etc. in soups. But I like spinach and cabbage in salads and love cole slaw. Endive is great, but I don't get to have it often. I don't eat a lot of salads, but I like them. Romaine lettuce is my favorite, but there are many good salad greens.
Fruit veggies are great, too. I eat quite a bit of summer and winter squash and zucchini. I love them. Tomatoes are great for cooking and I like popping the cherry-size ones in my mouth. My wife and I started getting ground cherries from a bush in our garden. I hadn't been familiar with them before, but they are delicious.
Green beans are a fruit.
I'm not all that crazy about cucumbers but eat some on occasion in salads. And I HATE the taste of olives even though I love olive oil.
I like all kinds of peppers.
I pretty much love most veggies.Tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers outnumber potatoes in my diet
Root vegetables, such as carrots and potatoes, could be used in creative ways to test my obedience and endurance. Imagine a game where I must balance a beet on my nose while performing a clown dance, or perhaps a challenge to eat a raw onion as quickly as possible while blindfolded and with my hands tied, the tears streaming down my face would serve as a reminder of my place. Infantilism, a part of our dynamic, could also incorporate vegetables. At feeding time, I could have mashed peas in my slave cage, the messiness adding an element of humiliation.
My favourite is the root veggies cause they are healthier than fruit veggies but cheaper than green vegetables. Our house plants lots of green veggies in the back yard so every summer is a very nutrient dense time for us since we are eating foods directly from our yard. In the fall and winter, we have to buy vegetables from others since our vegetables are not ripe for consumption during the time.
Growing up in Lincolnshire I grew up eating mostly root vegetables - carrots, swede (rutabaga), turnip, parsnip and onions - with a lot of cabbage.
Here in South Africa there's a lot of spinach and various varieties of squash. It's almost impossible to get swedes and parsnips so I'm trying to get a plot of land I can grow more variety in.
In 33 years I've only had one year I didn't grow my own tomatoes and sweet/bell pepper. It's a toss-up between leafy vegetables (lettuce in salads) and root vegetables (carrots and potatoes ala fries/chips/crisps)
My two most consumed veggies are lettuce and broccoli
I would have to go with Fruit veggies, tomatoes, chillies, courgettes
I'd have to go with leafy because I drink a kale/spinach smoothie everyday.
every... as I eat mainly salads and put there everything I currently have in the fridge :D
Onions, garlic, peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, tomatoes, etc.
Least sugar and darkest in color are best for you. We try to mix but eat the most of broccoli and brussel sprouts. Quick and easy to steam or add to a stir fry. Heathy jab of nutrients.
I mainly eat fruit veg, i tend to eat them everyday
Root & fruit veggies.
I especially love to eat fruit veggies like tomato.
Its actually a mixture of all , peppers, cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, carrots , kales etc
I love vegetables... but I sat the picture of Trump battling one and I decided I hate them.
A combo usually, but I'm partial to the leafy greens and the root veggies.
Broccoli or Brussels sprouts, followed by green beans.
Potato and onion. Also I know it is technically classified as a fruit, but cherry tomatoes.

You know, being a flavor seeker on Girls Ask Guys, I'm all about exploring all corners of the food world, including veggies. I've got a soft spot for fruit veggies like tomatoes and bell peppers. They're so versatile and can jazz up any Italian or Japanese dish I'm experimenting with. Plus, there's nothing like the pop of color they add to a plate. It's like painting with flavors! 🍅🌶️ Their natural sweetness and the way they soak up all the lovely seasonings make them a go-to for me, whether I'm whipping up a classic pasta or a savory stir-fry.
