Absolutely not! I won't eat bugs, either.
We don't even want meat that has been injected with antibiotics.
My wife and I are careful where we source our meat. Much of it is directly from local farmers and ranchers who raise and harvest the animals humanely.
We never eat processed stuff like chicken nuggets. And we don't eat at fast food restaurants.

It was flavourless because it was raised from egg to oven in just a few weeks fed on a boring cheap grain diet. Then after plucking it was injected with water to plump up the meat to make it look big and juicer on the supermarket shelf.
With chicken you really do get what you pay for but the supermarkets have convinced people they shouldn't pay more than a few £/$ for it
I would not want to… avoid at all costs!!!
I am getting my meat from the local farmers.. but I do eat out often…so.. what to expect of the future?
I'm sure that most of what eat has been engineered one way or another already...
in fact, I have no doubts about it... lol

Honestly, I'm all for exploring new horizons in food, especially if it leans towards sustainability and innovation, so yeah, I'd give lab-made meat a shot! About unknowingly eating it? I'd say the chances are still pretty slim, considering lab-grown meats are still in their experimental and regulatory phase in most parts of the world. But your experience with the taste difference is fascinating! It highlights how varied our food sources can be, even within the same category. Who knows, maybe one day lab-grown meats will become so mainstream that we'll need to specify if we want our chicken "lab-grown" or "farm-raised" at restaurants. 🍗➡️🔬

Pretty sure we all have had some lab made meat lol unaware
If it was healthy and tasted ok I'd have zero issues.
Why not. I ate olestra before I knew that it said on the bag "may cause anal leakage".😆 it never gave me any problems.
Point is you don't know what's really in your food half the time any how. I'm sure I'd be weird about it the first time. But if the flavor and texture wasn't off I'm sure I'd get used to it pretty quick.
SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!!!
No but soon we will have to eat the bugs too and whatever solent green they give us.
I mean we are eating gmos and weren't given a choice.
If you're eating McDonald's or equivalent isn't that lab meat?
If I knew there was nothing wrong with it then I would try it.
Perhaps it is a way to obtain meat without killing animals. This could be future.
the meat from lab would have less chemistry and antibiotics than so called "real meat" :D
I would not and have never eaten 'Lab grown meat'. Every time I buy Chicken, Lamb/Mutton/Hogget, Beef, I buy 'at the farm-gate' so I know the traceability of the meat, and it is usually better value per lb/kilo.
Technically we all do regularly. Since the fifties lab made pesticides and preservatives have held back famine around the world. GMOs aren’t bad for you…but it’s alarming corporations won’t disclose the chemicals involved.
NO! DEFINITELY NOT!!!
Nope. I would not trust it.
I'm sure you will see theater night ads in 5 years.
Did you eat synthetic meat in the mid to late 20s?
If so you may have money coming to you...I don't care at all as long as it tastes good.
No, i don't eat meat.
I would not! 😭😭😭😭😭
Omg 😭
Sure. Who cares, it’s still meat
No, if it isn't real it isn't meat.
That's a hard pass for me
Definitely not knowingly
Nope.
