Is paying 700 euro a month for rent living with parents, too much or okay?

You would have to clarify what city. That's cheap in Paris and ridiculous in rural Eastern Europe.

From what I remember, Dublin is super expensive. So as long as it's a decent place, paying 700 isn't unfair. If you can rent a room cheaper in the area, ask your parents to drop the price or you will move out.

first off, remember thats probably bills included. then look around and work out how much you'd be paying if living elsewhere

It's not that much money. But it depends on the size of your room and how many chores you do etc.

I pay £250 but make £500, my friend makes £125,000 and pays £10,000
