Do we really hate celebrities because of attitudes and popularity, or just for the sake of hating?

I don't think we should group all celebrities into one group and comment on hating them when all of them are not hated.

There are certain one's I don't care for but hate is such a strong word and I don't and won't "hate' anyone!

Now when women like Madonna and Ashley Judd and others said in 2016 during the Trump Hillary campaign, they said "If Trump wins the election, I'm moving to Canada". But they didn't move when he won. So they can say things all they want to, but actions speak louder than words.

For most celebrities you have to take them with a grain of salt.

Most of them are one way when they are in the spotlight and then they are completely different in real life.

People like to talk about those who are worse than themselves cause it makes them feel superior. Everyone is comparing themselves to 50 Cent, nobody is comparing themselves to Obama. Celebrities know if they act bad people will talk about them and they will get free advertising.

If they're assholes, of course you're gonna hate them but, if they're nice people, and you like how they perform, generally, you'll be a fan.
