I haven't yet, but I want to. The first film was great and I've heard good things about the second one.
It's totally fine to go see it as a date. It's so much fun to watch kid movies as adults; we get to pick up on all the things that go over the heads of the kids. The Incredibles1 and 2 are especially hilarious when you become a parent... :D
“It may be for kids, but adults can really get something out of it.”
The movie is about a girl who grows up to 11 years of age and then faces, what I can say, her first major mental breakdown resulting in a sad core memory formation. It's a thoughtful and profound exploration of the human emotional experience, highlighting the importance of all emotions, not just happiness, for one's positive well-being.
Yes, I’ve seen and I’ll be seeing it again in a day or two. It was pretty good, I believe the representation of entering teen hood for an average Joe was executed accurately and the whole the anxiety thing was relatable. Not that I have any kind of anxiety issues or anything but I do understand the concept and the people who made this film have proved that they do as well.
No and no. I also think to myself it was one of their weaker films, first and second. Then again, I dislike to say, Despicable Me 4 was weak, minions the only bliss part and some of Gru Anyways 🧐

Not really a date movie in my opinion, but unless The Fall Guy is still out, I can't think of any that really fit that bill, so you could do worse.
I’ve seen the first one and I like that movie. So I wouldn’t mind seeing the second one as a date lol. Nothing wrong with a good kids movie.

I have only seen the first movie so far.
Whether or not it's normal for two grown-ups to watch in a date, who cares.
As long as both of them wants to watch it, they can watch whatever.
No and no.

The original movie? Sure. It actually might give insight into each other's personalities.
I've not but, no, it'd be fine. My mom likes those types of movies. My dad wouldn't go and see it with her, but, she likes them
Definitely not weird.
