I always say that Kim is a naturally attractive woman and the reason why she looks so good with all the surgery is because she was naturally beautiful to begin with, if you didn't already look like her then you can't exactly expect to look like her post-surgery either. That's why going natural is the best route for us but if you still want surgery do what will suit you the best instead of copying other people.

Everyone is hotter when they are all natural. But, most women blame the male gaze when they compete amongst each other to impress male. They all do that fake stuff and put on make up to impress men. A lot of women say they do that shit for themselves… lol my argument is, well why don’t you wear makeup to bed or around the house when you don’t plan on doing anything that day.
