Is he bored of me?

Hi so I’ve been dating this guy for a about almost a year, and when we met, he was so adventurous and full of life and we were always out and he was such a planner and it is what made me fall in love. But now he’s just boring, doesn’t help plan anything or just seems reluctant to even go out even at all. He just stays at home and plays video games. Does he not like me as much any more?

Why would a guy get bored of you so soon? A year is not that long if you were motivated at first. Are you showing any enthusiasm? Are you having a good time or do you get moody and cranky and don’t appreciate things? Also, is he depressed? Is he having problems in his life how is his financial situation and other things there’s many situations that can make a guy non-motivated.

I’ve always been super enthusiastic about going out all the time. And he doesn’t have any problems whatsoever mentally or financially, on the other hand he’s been super happy because he got a job he has always wanted and pays well. It’s a bit odd :/

In the beginning of a relationship guys will make more of an effort to win you over. Once that's been achieved we tend to wind down as arguably the hard parts over. Effectively what I'm saying is that the guy infront of you now was probably the same guy that he was before you but that wasn't going to get you to fall for him. He's in comfort mode now. Sorry
