Not at all , no girl is going to tell me what I need to look like , if she doesn’t like the way I look , so be it and good luck to you. Not every girl is going to like us and not every girl is not going to like us , Everyone has their own preferences of what they like and don’t like , so never change who you are to appease anyone. If you like working out and want to be shredded , work out and get shredded , if you like having a Dad bod have a Dad bod , just accept yourself for who you are , never let anyone tell you what they think you should be or what you should look like , those type of people can honestly Go Fuck Themselves , they are usually the biggest hypocrites on this planet , that act like their shit doesn’t stink , I can’t stand people that are that way. If you have nothing nice to say , than don’t say it at all , keep that shit to yourself. People that open their mouths in a rude disrespectful way , look like the biggest assholes on this planet. They don’t realize they are making themselves look like a complete idiot. Judgmental people are usually insecure about themselves, they project their own insecurities on to someone else, to make themselves feel better about themselves , not realizing they look like a complete moron to everyone else around them. I have witnessed so many guys’ that exercised on a daily basis and lived in the gym. getting turned down from girls’ because of their cocky stuck up attitude , thinking they are better than everyone. A wise girl will see right through that bullshit , a desperate insecure girl , will more than likely fall for it , a girl that needs validation constantly to feel accepted , my advice is stay away from girls’ like that , they can be nice to look at and have sex with , but they usually aren’t relationship material and usually they are not faithful, they jump ship the next opportunity they feel is best for themselves. I genuinely don't believe they do. It's not an attractive feature. I believe that athletes are what most people aspire to look like because an athletic body embodies fitness and health.
I think that women that say they like dad bods are either not fit themselves and too lazy to workout or they prefer a guy that doesn't make them feel insecure and looks big in comparison to them.

@HawkPerception yes, many women find dad bods attractive. Just because you aren’t able to understand it, doesn’t mean it’s not a thing. Dad bods tend to give off an aura of confidence and self assurance that six pack abs do not. People with six pack abs tend to give off vibes of being very self absorbed, insecure, and overly concerned with how others perceive them. As far as a long-term relationship? Women want the dad bod all day long. That doesn’t mean you should not care about your appearance and let yourself go.

In reality, many guys that go to the gym are not doing it for health benefits. They are insecure guys with many psychological issues. Notorious for steroid abuse.

It's a double edged sword when you're young being fit an athletic is great but what a lot of people won't tell you is it takes a toll on you it's actually hard on the body because when people recently came across people that said they were fitness buffs in the past but all the working out took its toll and now they are suffering joint pain and other ailments so I guess enjoy enjoy it while it lasts. Quit the "being fit is harsh on the body" and "fit people are insecure", I haven't used gyms in a long time and keep visible abs just eating clean. If you don't eat clean you'll shorten your life length wise and quality, and be feeling stressed and insecure due to hormonal imbalances. Likewise not training your body for long periods increases what's known as "stress hormones".
But at the end, getting horny is animalistic and trainable, you can brainwash people to want to fuck a fat guy if he's your drug dealer and you're a homeless addict. For the exercise naysayers out there... I have a question for them.
What is physical therapy? When you get injured and the doctor advises this, what is it? Is it just making it worse?
Why are squats prescribed when you have knee problems? Physical exercise is not the problem, and it's usually a lack thereof that is.
Now at the same time, I've noticed a shift in the blackpill community (thanks Stardust) and I get the anti-red pill argument of why bother with any self-improvement? The bottom line is that even though "doing the work" might not help a complete loser with the worst genetics... but it would help most of you. I can’t and won’t speak for other women, only myself. I used to be skinny, then at a later point in my life I weighed 250 pounds at 5’6” (I’m 220 now so I’ve made progress but I still have more to make in order to completely unfuck myself). I meet a lot of men who tell me “don’t get back into military shape. Fat is cute on women”, which is fine. It’s a preference, but I’m not going to stop working out because SOME men don’t want me to have the body type I want. I worked out A LOT when I was in the military and I miss it. I encourage men to have the same attitude. She doesn’t want to date a fit guy who doesn’t have a dad bod, fuck her and let her find a dad bod guy!
I prefer fit guys, but I’d still date a guy with a dad bod if I liked him. The only body type I wouldn’t date is Dr Now’s patients (from my 600lb life).
