That's how things works.

Females has the leverage at young age, and they can play around/monkeybranch all they want.

But one day, their age will keep up and suddenly, those "good/nice"-guys she friendszone are appealing. Especially if they now has become successful guy.

Those who "could" pick the single mom are 50+ guy, who already had kids and are too old for that.

But most girls at young age with all leverage are young and too picky who chose 10-15% among guys, those who's the chad and does one of the six figures: 6ft or 6digits.

So obv most guys will pick the younger girl who has no strings attached.

Me myself, I wouldn't pick none of those.

Both of those are young to me... but I'd go with the 25 regardless because I don't want to deal with someone rich nor their kids.

Just based on the ages I would go for the 25 year old because 35 is way too old for me to date. The job and parent thing wouldn't matter
