Is it worth telling a guy you like him if you don't want it to go anywhere/don't want to date right now?

What kind of logic is that? That makes no sense. No don’t tell him. What if he feels the same as far as liking you but then you say, but I don’t want to date right now? It amazes me how women say men are complicated when women ask questions like this. Or questions like, I told him I wasn’t interested in him, why is he not talking to me anymore? Or why did he move onto someone else afterI friend zoned him?

What if he likes you too.
What if he is willing to wait for you.
What if you telling him that, gets him thinking about it too.
What if he feels the same way.

You never know what he is thinking or feeling or what he will feel when you tell him. But if you don't all the questions will roll around in your mind when he is gone because he did not think you did like him?

Yes there is a lot of what ifs, like I said if is nice if it was not a a-hole.

It is not the negative what ifs that will run around your mind later in life. It is the ones like I said. But the negative ifs will make you feel got at the time you choose not to. The only way to weed out the negative ifs is to get to know them. This is why later in life depression from thinking about the positive ifs can drive some people crazy and in some severe cases worse.

In the end it is best to tell how you feel and not to hide things as you might not get a chance later in life. When getting to know someone stay safe and careful.

Feelings have a way of building up and up inside of you. To promote peace for your sole and spirit you should never hold your feelings in negative or positive, but this is a different topic.

I don’t think I would, why cause so much pain when you know you’re not available. There’s no guarantee that he’ll wait for you, and how long will he has to wait for you to become available. It would be beautiful if you two end up together and if you two really want to be with each other, just leave that other and be with each other.

I see no point in it. When you are ready, that is the time to say something. Besides, you don't know if your feelings are reciprocated. Then you might come off as a lovesick kitten looking for some attention. Don't build up negatives when you may need positives in the future.
