I just want to see how deep in the genuine like spectrum this man's feelings for me are. We have a really good time together, but I dont know how much he likes me. He said he likes me, but never said how? I dont want to be a hook up or fling, I actually like this guy and want to see if we can have a relationship.

It makes sense to me. I have no interest in having a conversation via text message. The purpose of that communication system is to aid the logistics of getting into the same place so you can have a conversation. It’s not useful as a means of conversing.
