Definitely feel like emotional intelligence in a guy is practically worthless and looked at like weakness generally by women even though they say they want it in a guy.

Most guys that are doing well in dating don't seem to be. Than when you look further along generally a big factor of divorce is because guys ignore thier partners needs and emotions.

Oh I see where you are coming from now... I don't know I feel like when you are younger you don't really care or know about E. I. so you just like if you both get along together and have fun.. but as time goes on it becomes an issue and you begin to realize you really should of picked someone who has it.. I think as you get older more people will see the importance of it and be choosing guys like you instead of the dumb mean guys...

Unfortunately I feel like it really never makes a difference. I had hoped it would be different as I got in my 30s however it hasn't really changed.
