As per scientific studies sexual arousal is as much as physical as it is auditorial. Believe it or not, but be it explicit and sexual language or the noise of skin on skin contact mixed with lubricating secretions or be it a noise of a blowjob or even a sound of a girl moaning in pleasure all of this stimulate the auditory system which in part with sexual arousal helps the body in amplifying production of dopamine (aka The Pleasure Hormone). Such is similar as in getting sexually aroused from a noise of a sports car or a engine, being it slightly different sexual arousal than that between a man and a woman, but it is still there.
