I want to confront my feelings towards my boyfriend who I've been dating for almost a month...but I don't want to scare him off...How do I go about this without making him feel suffocated?
It's a matter of degrees. You don't have to tell him your love him (even if that's how you feel) because that probably will scare him off. But you can tell him other things like "I feel safe around you," or "I love spending time with you," or you can try to just make compliments on specific things. We he does something you that you love, say that you love it when he does whatever it is.
Yea don't say I love you at least not now, to soon. Spending time with him will show how you feel, tell him how he makes you feel when your around each other. the little things are what matter. - 10 months ago
It really depends on the guy, but as for me I am the type of girl who always says what she thinks and how she feels. If you feel a certain way about someone I think it is best to tell them. You never know what tomorrow might bring and you always want to make sure that you tell the people you love how you feel. Even if he does not feel the same way yet it is okay. Do not be upset and be happy that you were strong enough to express how you feel. you never know maybe he feels the same way and he is also nervous about telling you.
