so I've been talking/dating this girl. we work at the same place. she was asked by this older couple who sells us stuff ,where I was. and somewhere along the convo she tells them she is my girlfriend , reason I found out was was because that same couple asked me where my girlfriend was. so I was a bit confused and surprised. then 2 days later I find out she gave her number to this one guy. reason. I found out was because the guy asked me to dial her number from a phone because he was having trouble dialing from his. then next day at work , she just said , if you call me , call me to my moms phone because I lost my phone on tuesday , when I know she was lying because I dialed her number on wednesday for this other person, reason I did it , was to maybe let her know I knew about it.
now I don't understand? why would she say she is my g/f, yet give her number. then before I even ask about it , make up this whole excuse that she had lost her phone?
i like her , but little things like this make me wonder if I should even try and take it further.
Well, first of all, don’t feel bad. Kissing doesn’t come as easily to some people as others, and just because it feels awkward now doesn’t mean it can’t be great the next time…you just need a little help : ).
I’d have to say that nothing is more awful than a kiss that’s basically a lean in and peck, with bodies far apart and eyes open! (not accusing you of this big blunder, but for the sake of my point lol) And yet, you don’t want to go the other extreme and start feeling her all over while shoving your tongue violently down her throat. Here’s a few tips for ya.
1. When you’re initiating the kiss, don’t start at the lips. The best kisses begin as a hug of some sort…for example, a nice warm embrace, and then she looks up at you and smiles and you squeeze her tighter and go in for it…closing your eyes as you go.
2. Remember that kissing isn’t just about the lips. Keep your hands busy! That doesn’t mean dirty, but pull her in close to you, slide your hands around just underneath her shirt (loved it when my guy did that) and maybe play with her hair a little.
3. Don’t be afraid to get a little creative. Try different stuff—catch her off guard from behind and start at her neck and then go for the lips. That’s always a winner! Unexpected kisses are like a gift from heaven : )
