Me and my ex been broken up for 5 months but we still talk. The last 2 months we've been talking like were together. I know I still like him and he still like me. The resin I broke up with him was because he cheated. But I know he was just with her because I was busy and I talked to her and she sayed he acted like he barley liked her. What should I do?

If he can cheat once, he can cheat again. Plus with cheaters, if you get involved with them again, you risk the chance of being the person they get caught with. And who knows what that will bring.

You will have to make that decision on your own. But like what all have said so far, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. I know you like him and have strong feelings for him but I think you should not come up with excuses for him cheating. Rationalization is a very dangerous thing because you lose sight of the truth. Remember to be with someone not because of his/her potential but where s/he is already at in life.

Acuzio That last sentence is incredibly good advice, especially for romantic idealists who tend to look at what can be changed instead of the present reality. - A month ago

whatever you do, do not get back with him! please your making excuses for him! if he really loved you he would of never dreamed of cheating on you, the excuse of that you were busy or whatever isn't good enough there is no excuse for cheating. he cheated, he broke your trust are you in the state that you want to go through that again? honestly the only way you can actually move on from him is to stop talking to him, you don't need to have any contact with him and the more you talk to him the more you will want to be with him again. please please please. don't take him back I know it sounds harsh but once a cheater, always a cheater.

I have to agree. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

Regardless of how you were acting/busy etc, the boy has a mouth, he should use it to tell you how he felt, not use it with another person!

You deserve someone so much better. Someone who actually respects you and adores you to the extent that they don't need to cheat!

I really hope you find that person!

Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 3 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What's there to be annoyed about?

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I walk up to a girl and say 'Giant polar bear', she responses 'Huh', or 'What', then I go 'It broke the ice'. This one never failed me. I always get a smile back. Even when I come across with someone who answers with 'It broke the ice', I throw another one until I come up with something she doesn't know. This line always follows with a counter question about the success rate.

How do they typically respond?
As I said, somehow this line always works. It is witty. As the conversation goes a bit further, just as I am introducing myself, I say (very cheesy) "Name is Bruce, but you can call me tonight". This gets a puzzled response at first and a smirk -if they don't know it already-, but if they do, I squint my eyes with a big smile :)

Do I have the right approach?
