I would do that if I really like the guy, and like totally for girls during sex emotions can come pouring out. so maybe she really is in love with you and wanted to tell u, and that was just the easiest moment. now. the could shoulder to me is because she might think you don't want to hear that, so she's turning over and tryin to be cold, so you don't think she means what she said. maybe you didn't respond the way she wanted when she said it, so she's turning over to kind of take it back. that's my opinion.
